Standard roof tents are of the classic design with a window either side and entrances at the front and rear.
All windows and doors have Bug / mosquito curtains and either a solid fabric door.
They can be mounted to either open over the front / back of the vehicle or to either side.
We have fitted them to many different types of vehicle and for many different reasons, ranging from the overland traveller to people working away from home and looking to cut down accomodation cost
The doors roll up for easy access whist the windows have both nets to stop the bugs and inner blind to keep out the cold whist having the advantage of being left open for ventalation.
Fitting bars are supplied with the tent and offer a easy install (takes between 1 - 2 hours) depending on your roof rack / roof bars.
If being fitted to a rack with wide cross bars you may need make wider fixing plates (flate 2mm plate with a 8mm hole in each end)
We advice that you will need a roof rack without high sides as the sides make it difficult to gain access to the covers zip. The mounting bars are 25mm high so low sides as in the Front Runner roof rack are not a problem
